I’m still buzzing from last weeks retreat. It really was a lovely day.
We are always told that we can’t pour from an empty glass, and how true is that.
By hosting these retreats not only do I help a room full of ladies fill there glass, but I also get my cup filled as well
I always walk away from my retreat days with a full heart 💗
The next retreat is 5 weeks away and I only have 4 tickets left
If you keep meaning to message, please dont delay and get your ticket booked

After a very successful day on Friday I’m very pleased to announce I will be offering a Saturday retreat 🙌🙌
I have had a lot of requests for a Saturday so here goes

Swayfield village hall
9.30 - 4ish
Breakfast, lunch and snacks all included
Everything is provided all you need to bring is your self
There are only 12 spaces available so please get in touch ASAP to secure your place

🌸it is totally normal to have hair there
🌸 there is no wrong questions
